If you cannot take screenshots on your Samsung Galaxy mobile, you need to go through the following steps to identify the error.
First, check whether the mobile has been issued to you by your company. If that is the case and you are getting the error “Can’t take screenshot due to security policy”, then this simply means that your organization has locked your mobile phone from taking screenshots. You may need to contact your company’s IT department to get this issue resolved.
However, in case that is not the case, then a simple hard reset should do the trick.
Before doing a hard reset, do ensure that
Your Samsung Galaxy is updated with the latest software version and all apps too are updated as per Google Play Store.
If you are trying to take a screenshot in Chrome Incognito mode, then this is not allowed as per the security policy of Google. Currently, there is no way around this and you can not take a screenshot in Incognito mode in Google Chrome.
