Looking to enable developer mode in your android mobile? Here’s how you can do it in a couple of easy steps:
Open Settings
Tap “About Device” or “About Phone”
Scroll Down and tap “ Build Number” seven times.
In some versions of android, you may need to tap “Software Information” then tap “Build Number” seven times.
Enter your phone password or pin to continue.
The “Developer Options” will now be visible in the main “Settings” menu under the “About Phone”.
If you want to disable “Developer Options” then toggle the switch to off next to it.
Enabling “Developer Options” in the main “Settings” menu, lets you configure systems behaviors. This helps in profiling debugging your apps performances. You can do several advanced options when you have enabled “Developer Options” such as
Enable USB debugging
Log bug reports
Enable visual feedback for apps
Flash windows
By default, the “Developer Options” menu is hidden in most Android Phones.
Note: Different versions of Android will have different developer options.
