You can take a full screen screenshot on chrome by using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + WINDOWS SWITCHER. The windows switcher key is usually the F5 key on the keyboard.

Where is the location of your saved screenshots
All screenshots in ChromeOS are saved to the Downloads folder. You can navigate there by clicking on the Launcher icon (a gray circle usually found in the bottom left corner of the screen), then clicking on the Up arrow on the partial menu that appears. Open Files, then choose Downloads on the left-hand side of the screen.
